GIRARD, Ernestine Irene (Renie) _ Peacefully on her 93rd birthday, September 11th, 1999, at St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto. Beloved wife of the late Arlington A. Girard of Hamilton. Dear mother of Keith Arlington Girard (Parry Sound), and Syvret Bryce Girard (Toronto). Dear friend of Barb Groves and Jack Schuster. Special friend of Maggie. Dear grandmother of Nicole Logue and her husband Frank, and Denise Girard and her friend Gord. Dear great-grandmother of Christopher Keith Logue. Irene is predeceased by several brothers and sisters in both England and Canada. She is the sister-in-law of Margaret (May) of Winnipeg, Alma Kilroy, Eileen Babbick, and Robert Burtwell, all of New York State. She is remembered by many nieces and nephews in Aylesbury, England, the United States, Ontario and Manitoba. Special thanks to the staff at St. Michael's Hospital for their kind care to Irene. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (South of Eglinton Avenue East) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 1999, 11 o'clock at Woodland Cemetery, Hamilton.
