Dear father of Norman (Jo-Ann), Ronald (Lynn), Charles (Peggy) and Paul (Peri). Loving grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Dear brother of Maurice Chapman and Gertrude Wilson. Son of the late Frank and Eva (Smith) Chapman. Predeceased by brothers, Percy, Harry and Arthur. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 3000 Woodroffe Ave. (South of Fallowfield), Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Friday to St. Leonard's Church, Manotick for Mass of Christian Funeral at 10 a.m. Followed by cremation.
