LEWIS, Ruthmary (nee Penfield). 1919 - 1999. Daughter of Wilder and Helen Penfield, sister of Wilder, Priscilla and Jeff, beloved wife of Crosby, dearest mother of Kate, Wilder, Lyana, Barr, Howard Jefferson, and Beth, died peacefully in the Townships on October 14. She was aunt to fourteen nieces and nephews, grandmother of ten, and great-grandmother of Emily. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Manoir Lac-Brome. Donations in her memory to Brome-Mississquoi-Perkins Hospital Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged by her family. A memorial service will be held July 16, 2000, at Magog Meadows. A soul of rare integrity.
