SHEMIE, Valentine (nee El-Katib). Peacefully surrounded by her family, on Saturday, November 13, 1999. Beloved wife of Haron. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Ken and Joelle, Carla and Bruce Pearson, and Sally and Michael Levine. Cherished grandmother of Joey, Holly, Samantha, Cassidy, Dahlia and Sabrina. Dear sister of Rose, Suham, Fuad, Claire, Yvonne, Suad, and Heskel. She will also be sadly missed by her many in-laws, relatives and friends. Funeral service from Beth Olam Levayah, 8255 Bougainville (corner of Decarie and de la Savane) on Monday, November 15, at 1 p.m. Burial at Spanish and Portuguese Congregation Cemetery, Mount Royal Blvd. Shiva at 5718 Leger, Cote St. Luc.
