KAGAN, William. Peacefully, and with dignity, on November 28, 1999 at age eighty-eight. Loving husband and best friend of Rita. Beloved father of Joan, Lynn and Miriam. Cherished grandfather of Elizabeth and David Leboe. Devoted brother of Esther Tennen and the late Mary Qualer, Samuel, Louis and David Kagan. He will be fondly remembered by those he touched through the many facets of his life.
