Patricia CLOSS

PICKEL, Patricia (nee Closs). On December 30, 1999 after a long illness. Raised in Summit N.J., Pat later attended Skidmore College, completing her BFA at McGill University in Montreal, where she lived for many years. Her family, painting and extensive travels brought her years of pleasure. Pat will be greatly missed by her brothers John (Mary) and Chris Closs, step-mom Gloria Closs and her four children, David (Jocelyne), Kathy, Meg, and Eric (Guylaine), and their father Harold, "Boppy's" love for her grandchildren Ione, Rowan, Adrien, Alison and Matthew was boundless. She encouraged many young people throughout her life - her youthful spirit, good humour and generosity to the people whose lives she has touched will be remembered. Her family wishes to acknowledge Pat's relatives and lifelong friends for their loving support and endless encouragement over the years. Pat will be buried alongside her father, Willard E. Closs and younger brother Barry, in Sparta, New Jersey.
