Franz GAZENDAM

GAZENDAM, Franz "Ted". June 25, 1928 - February 6, 2000. At the Lakeshore General Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Dulce. Cherished father of Carmen (Wayne). He will be sadly missed by his family in Holland and Ottawa, as well as his colleagues and friends, especially Anneliese. Tall Ted The Photographer was a special fixture in the Montreal photographic scene. He will be remembered for his extreme kindness, humour and acerbic (but humble) wit. Special thanks to the Lakeshore General Hospital, the V.O.N. and the C.L.S.C. Pierrefonds for their unflagging help, professionalism and dedication. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the Mount Royal Funeral Complex (514-279-7358), 1297 chemin de la Foret (Main entrance), Outremont, on Saturday, February 12, at 10 a.m. Thence to the Rideau Memorial Gardens Cemetery, D.D.O. Visitation at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex will be held on Friday, February 11 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the V.O.N. (695-8335) or the S.P.C.A. (735-2711) would be appreciated.
