PHELAN Rose Ann (nee Mathers), passed away peacefully at Royal Columbian Hospital February 9, 2000, aged 94. Predeceased by husband Luke, brother Robert, and sister Olive. Will be sadly missed by daughter Betty-Lou Scott (Bob), and son Gary (Carol); six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. No service by request. In lieu of flowers, donations to the B.C. Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.(The Vancouver Sun)
