Mélinda SAUVÉ

Melinda Sauve, 81 4th Street, Smooth Rock Falls, died at SRF Hospital on Aug. 7, 2001, following an accident. She was 13 years old. Melinda was born Nov. 23, 1987 in Timmins and was a student at Ecole Sec. Georges Vanier. She was predeceased by her sister Chantal. Melinda is survived by her mother Rachel Landry (Rick Plante) of Kapuskasing, father Michel Sauve (Estelle Dupuis) of Cochrane, brother Richard of Timmins and grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Charles Landry of SRF and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Sauve of Woodstock. Also surviving were aunts and uncles Augustin (Nicole) Landry, Florence (Henri) Brochu, and Paul Sauve, all of SRF, Marie Landry (Jean-Pierre) of Montreal, Jeanne Landry of Kapuskasing, Pauline Sauve of London and Claire Sauve of Woodstock. Melinda also leaves Richard and Elizabeth Plante of SRF and many cousins. Funeral services were held at Ste. Gertrude in SRF. Melinda will be interred at the SRF cemetery.
