Peacefully in hospital at Almonte, Ontario on Monday, January 29, 2001. Gerald Edward Giles in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Shirley Campbell. Loved father of Michael Giles. Much loved grandfather of Ryan and Devon Giles of Victoria B.C. Son of the late Hilton Giles and his wife the late Grace Lattimore. Dear brother of Doreen McKinley of Kimberly, B.C. and uncle of Sheila Lemkie of Elkford, B.C. Friends may call at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 2 p.m. with Reverend Robert Hill officiating.
