LONGTIN, Robert – At the Ottawa Hospital – Civic Campus on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. Robert Longtin of Cornwall (Member of the Knights of Columbus Ontario Council #5068 and Bishop Brodeur Assembly #877) ; age 77 years. Beloved husband of Cecile (Papineau) Longtin. Loving father of Brian Longtin (Danielle) of St. Albert and Joanne Longtin-Trottier of Orleans. Cherished grandfather of Mario, Mathieu, Robert, Angèle, Nicholas, Mélissa and Stéphane and great-grandfather of Dominik. Beloved son of the late Gilbert Longtin and the late Jane (Herron) Longtin. Dear brother of Noël Longtin (Marielle) of Dorval, PQ , Alice Burelle (late Ernest) and Pauline Cayen (late Gabriel) both of Cornwall. Predeceased by 5 brothers, Lionel, Willie (late Gertrude), Gilbert (late Fleur-Ange), Gerald (Fleurette) and Alfred (late Lucienne) and by 1 sister, Jeannette Clément (Percy). Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Cremation. Funeral Saturday, July 17, 2010 for a Memorial Mass in St-Felix-de-Valois Church at 1 p.m. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
