GOODLEAF, Ida Kawennotie (nee Mayo) 1921 – 2010 Peacefully at home on May 24th 2010, passed away Mrs Ida Mayo, beloved wife of the late Joseph Goodleaf. Predeceased by her son Alan "Sonny" (Vera) and daughter Georgina. Survived be her children Anna-May (Roy), Margie and Chester (Carol), fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren as well as her cousins Margie and Sandra. Viewing will be at Poissant & Deer Funeral Home Kahnawake Tel.: 450-632-1515 www.poissantanddeer.ca on Tuesday at 2 pm. Service on Thursday 2 pm at the St-Francis-Xavier Mission. Burial at the Kateri Catholic Cemetery.Thanks to the home care nurses and doctors from Kateri Memorial Hospital for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kahnawake Youth Center would be appreciated.
