Constable Teddy Ottawa Police Service On Friday, March 23, 2001 at the age of 35. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Freedman). Loving son of Harry Bisson (Debbie Richards). Teddy is also survived by his uncle Stephen Bisson (Suzan), niece Marina Bisson and his in-laws Harry and Gloria Freedman. Friends may attend the Funeral Service at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, on Monday, March 26, 2001 at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
