Robert BURKE

BURKE, Robert 2010/11/07 Passed away peacefully at Anna-Laberge Hospital, at the age of 82. Son of Harry Burke and Mary Delima (nee Landry). He now joins his precious wife Edith (nee Roy) and is survived by devoted and loving daughters Kathryn, Debra (Gilles Lachaîne) and his lonely grandchildren Julie Anne Lachaîne. He is also survived by his brother Reg Doucet (late Marjorie), nephew Chris (Helen) and grand-nephews Benjamin and Jeremy, as well as many friends. At his own request, there will be no viewing, however a funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 295 McLeod st. in Châteauguay, on Thu. Nov. 11, at 11 a.m. The family will be receiving condolences from 10:30 a.m. Special thanks to all of the hospital staff and caregivers, specificially Sylvie Parent of oncology, Linda, Richard, Suzanne, Christina, Marie-Josée and Francine in the pallative care unit.
