Peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of the Royal Victoria Hospital on Friday, April 20, 2001 at age seventy-six following a brief illness, leaving in sorrow husband Jozef Sulik; children, Halina (Jacques Potvin), Tadeusz, Ryszard (Freidi Uhl) and Barbara (Claudio Forlini). Beloved grandmother of Kristen, Cynthia, Kathryn, Christian, Jessica, Adam, Nicholas, Erika and Jonathon. Resting at Alfred Dallaire, 2590 Rouen. Visitation on Sunday, April 22, 7 to 10 p.m. and Monday, 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral mass on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish, 2550 Gascon Avenue thence to Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery.
