Wayne Edward Derynck

passing of Wayne Edward Derynck, son of Fred and Betty Derynck, husband to his late wife Sheila (Hamilton), and brother to late Brian (Cindy), Terry (Jane), and Peter (Tina). Wayne passed away peacefully at the Maison Libella palliative residence June 1, 2026, just hours shy of his 75th birthday. He was fortunate to have had many family members and friends to share time together over the past many weeks. Wayne was known in the Montreal moving business in which he worked for almost 30 years. Wayne will be greatly missed by his wide extended family and the community of Lac Green where he lived for over 30 years in the house he built . The family will be holding a private event in the near future at Wayne and Sheila's house on Green Lake.
