died peacefully on August 3, 2026, with her daughter Rachel and grand-daughters Ella and Tasmin by her side. True to form, she had reapplied her iconic red Dior lipstick just moments before passing. Bev was born on October 7, 1940 and raised in Lachute, Quebec, before moving to Montreal to attend the Royal Victoria School of Nursing. She spent her entire career at the Royal Vic, where she was widely respected by colleagues and patients alike for her skill, dedication, and steady, capable presence. Through her work, she made numerous lifelong friends. The last two years of her life were further enriched by the presence of her granddaughter Ella, who moved to Montreal, and spent a great deal of time with her. She is survived by her daughter, grand-daughters, and many cherished cousins and extended family. Bev will be buried in Lachute in the spring, per her wishes.
