Delbert J. WATSON

WATSON, Delbert J. Peacefully, in his sleep, on Wednesday, August 4, 2004. Delbert James Watson aged 78 years. He was preceeded in death by his wife of 49 years, Adella MacGillivray. Delbert is survived by his only son Clifford Wayne Watson and his wife Abby Struck, his granddaughters Margaret MacGillivray Watson and Fiona Joan Watson all of St. Paul, Minnesota and his sister Gertrude Pollock of Norwood. Brother of the late Gerald Watson. Also survived by sister-in-law Jill Fournier and husband Jack Fournier and their inclusive family of adults and children who each and all brought much laughter and fun in to Delbert's life. Delbert served honourably in the R.C.A.F., and worked at Frost & Woods in Smiths Falls and the Ford Motor company in Walton Hills, Ohio for almost 30 years. The family wishes to especially thank the Staff at the Broadview Nursing Centre for the truly exceptional care Delbert received during his years as a resident there. A Family Service is planned when travel arrangements will permit. In remembrance donations to Parkinson's Society Canada would be appreciated.
