(N.R.C. Ottawa University) Died peacefully on Tuesday, September 25, 2001. Born in Lwow, Poland in 1910. Beloved husband of Mary (Davis). Dear father of Erika Dunbar (Tim), Fort Smith, N.W.T. and Michal (Leslie), Smithers, B.C. Dear grandfather of Colin, Christopher and Keely Dunbar. Cherished brother of Josephine Drzewiecki and Arthur Smialowski. Loving uncle of Marta, Ewa and Ania. Dear friend to sisters-in-law Edith Petry and Suzanne Davis and nephews David Petry, Jim and Tom Davis. He will be sadly missed by his many friends both here in Ottawa and at cottage country in Kaszuby, Ontario. Friends may call at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 235 Kent Street on Thursday, October 4th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Prayers at 8 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
