Catherine Clark NAPIER

NAPIER, Catherine Clark Passed away peacefully at the Espanola General Hospital on Sunday, April 28th, 2002 at the age of 82 years. Beloved daughter of Walter and Margaret (Clark) Napier, dear sister of Walter, William, Mary and Janet, all predeceased. Survived by sister Agnes Wilson (Clarence, predeceased March 12th, 2002). Very dear aunt of Glen (Marlene) Wilson and Brian (Karen) Wilson of Espanola. Cherished great aunt to Tanya, Shannon, Danae, Dane and Alannah. Will also be sadly missed by other nieces and nephews and their families. Cathie was a graduate of the Sisters of St. Joseph School of Nursing. She was a World War II veteran serving as a Lieutenant (nursing/sister) on the front lines of Belgium and Germany. Cathie worked as a plant nurse for the Ontario Paper Company in Thorold until her retirement in 1982. Respecting Cathie’s request, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on May 11th, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at the Espanola United Church with Reverend Kim Gilliland officiating. Interment in the Espanola Cemetery.
