Luba Burlock( nee Kozlo), of Smooth Rock Falls Death: April 23rd, 2002 Luba Burlock or 107 Kelly Road in Smooth Rock Falls died at Smooth Rock Falls Long Term Care Unit, on April 23, 2002. She was 94 years old. She was born on January 13, 1908 in Russia. She worked as a Sales Clerk at the Hudson Bay Company. She enjoyed fishing and was an excellent cook. She was predeceased by her husband Fred, one sister Neda, two brothers Alec and George. She is survived by one son George (Georgette) of Smooth Rock Falls, two sisters-in-law Gilberte Kozlo of Kap and Irene Kozlo of Sault Ste. Marie, one granddaughter Lynn (Jim) Shier of Hunta, and three great grandchildren Charles, Gregory and Laura. Funeral services will take place in the Chapel of the Guenette Funeral Home on May 2, at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Doug Richardson officiating. Funeral director was Guenette Funeral Home.
