Lucien Willie ARSENAULT

Lucien Willie Arsenault , of Hearst Death: July 2nd, 2002 Funeral services for Lucien Willie Arsenault, 66, of 43 Houle St. were held July 2, 2002. He died June 26 following a lengthy illness. Born July 15, 1935 in St-Grégoire, Montmorency, Quebec, he came to the Hearst area around 1967. He was last employed as a cutter with Lecours Lumber Co. of Calstock until a work accident in 1986. A teaser and practical joker, he enjoyed helping people, cutting firewood, fishing, camping and playing cards. Predeceased by his brother Léopold Arseneault of in 1976 and a nephew Daniel Arseneault in 1999, both of Hearst, he leaves his companion Diane (née St-Louis) Arseneault, daughter Nicole Arseneault and son Léopold (Sylvie) Arseneault, all of Hearst. Also surviving are his sisters Lucienne Arseneault and Rita (Paul) Laberge, all of Montreal, Marie-Claire Arseneault of La Sarre, Que., and Denise Arseneault of Hearst, and a brother Gérard (Roselle) Arseneault of Laval, Que., as well as granddaughters Joëlle, Patricia and Tatiana, and grandsons Guillaume, Jonathan and Michaël. Cremation was done at the Hillcrest Crematorium in Matheson. Rev. Rémi Lessard officiated the service at the Église St-Pie-X Church. Interment was done, Friday, at the Monseigneur Grenier Cemetery. Funeral director was the Salon Lafrance Funeral Home. Commemorative donations can be made to the cancer society. Published on July 10th, 2002
