Marjorie Black With family by her side, Marjorie Black passed away peacefully on July 4, 2002 at the Dearness Home in London. Beloved wife of Wally for 48 years. Loving mother of Julie, Michele and Pattie. Loved by her 5 grandchildren. Survived by her 2 sisters. Marjorie was a World Professional Skater, taught individuals and helped initiate precision skating and it’s popularity. Marjorie’s skating career lasted 50 years. Visitation will be held at McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home (2240 Wharncliff Rd. S., London) on Sunday, July 7, 2002 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place at the Funeral Home on Monday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society (931 Commissioners Rd.
