BERGEY, Robert Charles, P. Eng. (Veteran of W.W. II, active overseas service 1940-1945, 36 years with CGE). Peacefully on June 12, 2002 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre in his 81st year. Bob, loving husband and best friend for 52 years of Marlyn (nee Haase). Caring and devoted father of Robert Jr. (Janis) of Aurora and Beverley Phillips (Rob) of Oakville. Cherished grandfather of Damian, Michelle, Kristjan, Benjamin, Andrew, Elizabeth and great-grandfather of Stuart. Dear brother of William (Teresa) of Aldergrove, B.C. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 15 at 11 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 463 Highland Road, Peterborough. Reception to follow. An interment service will take place at a later date.
