RYAN, Francis Joseph (Frank) - It is with great sadness that the Ryan family announces the passing of Frank after a lengthy illness on Friday, July 26, 2002 in Windsor Ont. Beloved husband of Helene (nee Quarry) for 51 years. Cherished father of Paul and his wife Helen of Hamilton, Maureen and husband Pat Brode of Windsor, Mary-Claire and husband Bill Nepotiuk of Peterborough, Kevin and his wife Leslie and D’Arcy and his wife Nada both of London. Grandpa will be missed by Brendan, Kate, Deidre, Meaghan, Anastasia, Talia, Alana, Camille, Brigitte, Anna, Aidan, and Owen. He is survived by his sister Mary and brother Allan. A long serving Superintendent of Education for the Essex County Board of Education, Frank enjoyed his life and fought hard to the end. He cherished his Irish heritage, Catholic faith and boyhood home of Seaforth, Ontario. An avid gardener, we take comfort in the thought that now Frank walks in God’s garden. Friends will be received at the WINDSOR CHAPEL, 1700 Tecumseh Rd.
