WELSH, Mr. William Richard (Rick) - As a Result ofan accident on Monday, October 7, 2002 in his 48th year, in Calgary, Alberta. Beloved father of Carley, and Rachel both of Calgary. Loved son of Bob and Joyce Welsh of Peterborough. Dear brother of Christine Vyse and her husband Paul of Edmonton, Alberta. Rick will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. In accordance with Rick’s wishes, Cremation has already taken place, with a private family service at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the P.R.H.C.
