Peacefully at Carlingview Manor on Thursday, January 17, 2002 in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late John Black. Loving mother of Dalton (Joan) and Joan Lyons (the late Harry). Predeceased by her daughters Marjorie, Iva, Doris (the late Fred Shepheard), Marion and sons Norris and Rae. Cherished grandmother of 10, great grandmother of 18 and great great grandmother of 2. Survived by her brothers Clifton (Muriel) and Allan (Eleanor). Predeceased by her brothers Martin, George and sisters Beatrice and Osra. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road on Saturday, January 19, 2002 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Sunday, January 20, 2002 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, January 21, 2002 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Shawville, Quebec.
