Lyla Jean HOBBS

Peacefully, to be with her Lord, at St. Patrick's Home, on Saturday January 26, 2002, in her 95th year. Loving wife of the late William. Dear mother of Barry (Faye) and Jim (Ruby). Proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Survived by her sister Ethel (Marty Linseman), her daughter-in-law Vina and her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Reverend William, and her brothers Dougal, Harold, Jim, Frank and Jack Hobbs. Funeral Service on Tuesday at Arlington Woods Free Methodist Church, 225 McClellan Road, Nepean, at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Huntley United Cemetery in the spring. The Ottawa Citizen, 28-01-2002
